Virtual Missions Camp for Kids!

Partnering with the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio, we are please to offer you the opportunity for your kids to join the virtual Missions Adventure Camp!  Here is more from the SCBO website:

Covid-19 continues to impact our lives.  Typically, churches would be registering campers for the 2020 Missions Adventure Camp at Seneca Lake Baptist Assembly.  However, camp this year, like Ohio schools, since Covid-19 closed the buildings, will be a virtual experience.

Camp director Bryan Carpenter and his assistant Tony Blanchard worked with camp staff to video-specific camp activities to engage campers at home, or in small gatherings at churches across Ohio.   Registration for this FREE camp experience begins on June 15th - December 31st with access to the Technology Guide by June 30.  While registering, order t-shirts for campers.  The T-shirts are $10.00 each and will be delivered ASAP.

Children’s Leaders and parents are encouraged to prepare the campers by setting up a camp-like area inside or outside and participating with the campers.  In addition to camp activities, there will be a downloadable Bible study, The Great Adventure of Paul’s life....

We expect some campers will begin their own great adventure by accepting Jesus as Lord.  Parents will also find a downloadable resource to pray with their campers who make this decision.  Other campers will grow in their relationship with Jesus.  We want to hear about these decisions and how God works during this Virtual Camp Experience.  Please share your story and photos or videos from this virtual camp.  Instructions will be included in the Technology Guide coming soon.

There is no timeframe for this event after registration. Online resources will be available until the end of the year. This make it great for families to put this where it fits in your schedule!

Register by June 30 here: Missions Adventure Camp
